#2 Affection

My friend let me take some picts of her and her daughter. I wanted to take them on her porch since it was shaded, but couldn't find a good backdrop and it was very hot out, so we tried inside. I really needed more light as my shutter speed is too slow and a lot of my pictures had motion blur. I was only able to get a few shots I liked, but I learned a lot about setting up a location before shooting.

No flower picture today. This is an interesting piece of jewelry, it is a locket, but with a clock in it instead of a picture. I love the detail in and was hoping to capture it. The watch face is only about 1". The face is upside down so that you can read it it by tilting it up towards you (I think that makes sense).
